BrainPOP Digital Etiquette
I did not know that Digital Etiquette, are the rules to behave online. I had never even heard that word before! I already new that it is very important to be safe online and never post private information without permission. This video showed me some more things too.
ReplyDeleteI have never even heard of digital Etiquette before this video. I also didn't know that people are called trolls if they just go around trying to start arguments. You also should never give away persanol information , and always stay safe , on the web.

ReplyDeleteI have never heard of digital etiquette. I learned that if you are mad about something and you write a mean comment about it it is called flaming. And on the internet and in real life you treat someone like you want to be treated. I loved the video and I like learning about how to stay safe on the internet.

ReplyDeleteI did not know that people that start online battles with bad etiquette are called trolls. I also did not know that the battles caused by trolls are called firewars. I wonder how people stay anonymous when bullying.
ReplyDeleteI play Minecraft and have been bullied online many times. I am very good at pulling through. I go to a doctor and she tells me to remember good digital etiquette. There is a group of people called anonymous who are really demonstrating bad etiquette. They hack and steal peoples information! It Is NOT GOOD! NEVER TO WHAT THEY DO!!!!

I'm glad there's a video about that because sometimes people can get a little out of hand doing the internet.Can get it out there you can't take it back.So watch out what you say on the internet. I think Netiquette is a really good word for it.

Wow i learned that anything you post on the internet can be recover. Also people actually look for things that they can say bad things about. People can be mean on the internet but nice in real life cause they think nobody can see it.
ReplyDeleteI did not know that people will cruse around looking to start a flame war, actually I didn't even know what a flame war was. A way to be safe on the internet is to always ask permission to post a photo of any one. Sometimes if someone puts a mean comment in your video or picture and they only did once, you shouldn't take the comment personally because they could just be saying random thing just to make you mad and they probably sent it to another person to. If someone keeps posting mean comments then you should tell a parent or teacher.
