You have almost spent a full year in 4th grade! Think back on this year. What advice would you give to the 3rd graders who will be coming to the 4th grade classrooms soon? Think about what you can share about our routine or favorite projects. What will you miss the most about fourth grade? What advice do you have for the third graders?
I would tell them to stay organized. I think the best projects are living history and the science robotics unit and Texas project. I will miss the teachers and the feeling of being the oldest students in the building. Thats what I think.
ReplyDeleteAs a fourth grader you are leaders of the lower school. Therefore, you should show the four core values of respect, responsibility, honesty and kindness. For example you remember to bring your homework, complete it and return it in a timely manner. You should also show respect and kindness to all teachers and friends.
ReplyDeleteMy advise to them is to be prepared it is not like third grade. They should also be ready to do new things. There are more projects. There is more interaction with your class and other people. You get to show the lower school who YOU are as being leaders!!

ReplyDelete4th grade is a new dimension make sure you bring your homework or you'll get a purple slip and Miss recess. also you get to do fun projects like living history, Rockets. in science and Robotics in science! Texas studies and more it's really fun you have more Opportunities! the teachers are so nice 4th grade is awesome!

all the activities you get to do.And thinking that you have a really really last Fun year in lower School. They probably also have a lot a lot of fun doing talent show. Well that's about it would I think that they'll have fun and with the following going to be talking a lot about.

I know the new forth graders will have an amazing time my favorite projects we did were, Go for the Gold, living history and Texas history. My favorite field trip was NASA. We also have a lot of fun Activates like, KLS, Siance club and more!! I think the new forth graders will have a lot of fun next year!!
ReplyDeleteFourth grade is so much fun! You learn so many new things, go on amazing field trips, awesome projects, and of course, KLS! My favorite field trip was when we got to go to Washington on the Brazos! In fourth grade, you get a lot more options for clubs and every day activities: we have science club and you can be a intern in Koci if you would like too! We get to do KLS and start the lower school off in a positive attitude! My favorite project in fourth grade was living history because we got to study and learn so much about our person but we also got to dress up as them! No one can forget about the fourth grade talent show! I remember I always liked watching the fourth graders do it and now you get to perform it! Last but not least, you will be rising fifth graders and the leaders of the lower school! I can't wait for the rising third graders, to be in fourth grade!!!!
ReplyDeleteI will miss forth grade so much! Here is my advise : keep your desk neat and don't forget your home work! We went on so many adventures this year! I think the third graders will like The Taste of Texas and NASA! I want to do forth grade again. The third graders will have so much fun!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite parts of fourth grade was probably NASA, Living history and Mrs. Kottler. I hope the third graders love those things too. I think they are lucky because they might have bunji desk chairs but I feel bad for them because some of the best teachers are retiring. But overall they will have a great time.

ReplyDeleteI would say be organised. Fourth grade will be the funnest year. You will have a few more fun priveleges. Spend time on each each of your projects you cannot rush on them. Also the will be more work but everything will be worth it. You will get to go on some of the funnest field trips ever.
ReplyDeleteI would have to say to the third graders that fourth grade is the best year because you are the leaders of the lower school, you have more choices, your more free and there is better projects oh and you cant forget the field trips. In 5th grade I am gonna miss being the leaders of the lower school. But i'm am still exited to go to 5th grade

ReplyDeleteI think fourth grade is the best grade in the lower school because you are the leaders of the lower school also you get more opportunities to go on really fun field trips and you get to do project that most other schools would not be able to do at other schools like Rockets 🚀 in science or other cool experiments or other cool experiences like the talent show And KLS TV and a lot of other fun things. We are still doing fun things in fourth grade but I can't wait for 5th grade.
