  3. Martin Luther King jr. was such a great leader! If we did not have him, segregation would probably have ended not to long ago. He was so brave and persistent, having to push through all those hard times and not letting himself, or others down. Being a strong leader like that is really hard and takes a lot of resilience. He was also empathetic for the other segregated blacks that were treated unfair! Martin Luther King is someone we should all remember and respect what he did!

  5. Martin Luther King Jr. showed many stances and leadership skills. If there was no Martin Luther King Jr. then who would stop segregation. I think one of the reasons he was a great leader is because he was so resilient. People tried bombing his house, threatning his life but he kept on going.

  6. Martin Luther King jr was brave, persistant and flexible. He was brave because some of the people standing with him got hurt or sometimes killed and he and his brothers houses got bombed. He was persistant because he and his followers would walk on the streets instead of buses no matter what the weather was. He was flexible because he allowed all races to join his movement.

  15. He at first was an amazing priest. He spoke for a church and was an awesome type of leader. Then, he became an even bigger much, much more famous leader. He wanted to change segregation. He preached lots of love and he always avoided violence. He was very resilient and bounced back even though his family's houses go bombed. I would say he made a huge mark in history and changed the law with no violence, Awesome! And if there were someone famous who has already past who I could meet it would be him!
