Field Day is a wonderful day! Students and teachers from all three divisions of the school come together to have fun, participate in the events and enjoy the fair.

I am feeling good for field day! I am looking forward to the race and the carnival! I am on gold. I think it is a inportant day because we celebrate our school. Good afternoon, Niko

DeleteI'm really exited about the jumprope race because i'm pretty competitive. My favorite field day memory was when I got third in the race. My family does not enter in the raffle but I heard that it is fun. Field is a fun school event to look forward to.
ReplyDeleteI think it is important for us to have field day because it is a time for our school to get together and have competitive races and cheer on our team! Some people think its about winning, others say the carnival is what its about. ITS ALL TRUE!! I am a very competitive and I like to win, I also think I will get 3rd. I love jump roping and I am very good at it. I love the shirts this year and I love the carnival. Watch for me tomorrow

My favorite memory was when I got 2nd in the race. I also hope to win the candy jars and Principal of the day in the raffle!

DeleteI think Field Day is important because it is a day to relax instead of WORKING. I am looking forward to spraying my friends with silly string mercilessly. My favorite field day memory was going on the shark waterslide. I hate jump roping! I do not feel confident about the race this year.
ReplyDeleteIm so exited for field day. I love field day because I love to run jump skip and I especially love to play in the carnival. I'm mostly exited about all the fun rides in the carnival and I'm hoping to get first but I'm not sure I will even get 5th place in the race. And I love to play with my friends in the carnival to. I am also hoping to get a new puppy but my mom would probably say no to getting one.

I think that field day is important because the students and teachers get to have fun at the carnival and the races are for showing skills and having fun. I'm looking forward to raffle tickets and the bouncy houses! I'm feeling excited for the jump race. I'm very competitive about it and I think I'm going to get a place this year! I'm on team gold!
ReplyDeleteI think its an important tradition because everyone gets to chant for PURPLE or GOLD! My favorite part of Field Day is getting my Field Day buddy at the beginning . I really don't like jump roping across the field because today I tripped over! XD!

DeleteI think we have field day because in third grade we need competitive stuff but some people take it to far and will jell if there team dos not win. My fav part is the raffle and the carnival this year I am going to get a prize from the carnival.I am so NOT looking forward to the jump rope race.

DeleteI love field day! I think field day is important to our school because we can celebrate everything that has happened and realise how much the facultity members do every day! I also think it is important because to celebrate that we go to Kinkaid!
ReplyDeleteI have to favorite memories my first is when I got a 4th place ribbon last year! My second favorite memory is when I was at the carnival and I won a fish and most fish from field day don't last long and mine lasted 2 years! I am looking forward to this years field because I am exited to see all of the younger children race. I am also looking forward to field day because I LOVE THE CARNIVAL. I am a little bit nervous about the jump rope race. I can't wait for field day! Hope every one has a good day!

I am so exited for field day! I think field day is about getting more money for the school they get more money bye the raffle and to let kids celebrate how their almost done with school. Well and to get a little bit competitive and to have fun. I cant wait for the carnival. I don't like jump roping I would rather run.i'm exited for field day.I am also exited to meat my buddy.
ReplyDeleteField day is importent because we get to celebrate our great school kinkaid. My favorite memory is when we won the raffle to lake mcquiney It was fun. I am looking forword to the trampoline jumping and finding my buddies. I am very scared that i will trip infront of every one.

ReplyDeleteFor kids to have fun and entertainment. You also get to look forward for a school event. Each grade there is a different event. I am feeling worried about the jump roping race. There is also a raffle where they draw tickets so you can win different prizes for different raffles. there is also a bingo game! There is also a carnival! There are also different things in the carnival that require tickets. these are some things that happen in field day.
ReplyDeleteI think Field Day is important to the school because it raises money for the school. My favorite Field Day memory is when I won the Texans tickets! I am looking forward to the buddies and the race. This year I feel better about the jump rope race then last years race the bean bag race.

Field Day = HORRIBLE! I don't like field day at all! Many reasons too.
ReplyDeleteI don't rally have a favorite time at field day either. Also I AM NOT EVER LOOKING FORWARD TO JUMPROPING!
My favorite field day memory, actually out of all my Kinkaid memories, was when I was new to Kinkaid. I was ready to run, I was pumped up. But how was I supposed to know there was going to be a carnival after the race! The first thing I did was go to the hamster ball I had so much fun!! The meaning of field day to me is to, have fun, also especially be a good sport about winning! I wish everyone good luck! GO Purple! GO Gold!
