We've returned from our travels to Greece and Guatemala! What are your feelings about your travels? What was your favorite experience in both countries? Please share your new learning with us too!
my favorite thing in Greece was the dart throwing I think I made 5 points. My favorite thing in Guatemala was the temple I liked looking at the constellations. I learned that olive oil comes from Greece. I learned that the most popular market in Guatemala is chichi for short. Most of all I liked Greece better.
My favorite thing in Guatemala was the Confetti and the Orange Fanta. My favorite thing in Greece was the dart throwing and the food. I learned that a lot of star bucks coffee comes from Guatemala and that the first Olympics was held in Greece. i liked Guatemala the best and cant wait till next years countries.
In Greece there are many towns and viliges and it's more of a beach place than Guatemala. In Guatemala there is more jungle and forestry than Greece. Also Greece more about the myth than Guatemala. My favorite thing about Greece is the food there, because It's got a little flavor in it. The thing i like about Guatemala is that you got to play the games in the room that has the stares in it because I got to juggle, and I really like juggling.
In Greece, I had a lot of fun. My favorite thing was the dart throwing. I also loved the food because it had a really nice flavoring. In Guatemala, my favorite room was the jungle. I learned that coffee usually comes from Guatemala. Out of all the countries this year I liked Guatemala the best. The confetti from the egg was on my hair until about 4:15.
In Guatemala they had confetti eggs and Fanta and fun games you can play in the "temple" and you got to roll out the doe.I learned that there is a tree in Guatemala that is 400 years old! And I learned in Guatemala there is a day when kids get to dress up and misbehave. In Greece we got to try a yummy tart and cookie a,learn a new dance, make olive oil and throw the fake darts at the Olympic sign. I learned that in Greece there was a sport in the Olympics where you could bite the other person. And that they don't add anything to the olive oil it's just olives and the olive tree if you cut it down to the roots it will grow back. I didn't have a favorite.
In Greece my favorite part was throwing the rockets through the Olympic rings. In Guatemala my favorite smashing the confetti eggs. Brody looked like a rainbow man when he got the confetti on him.
I loved Greece and Guatemala espesoly the games like the Olympics and hakysack. Their food was very good to. The finest thing was the confetti eggs. I can't wait till next year.
I loved going to get to see Greece and Guatemala they were amazing countrys and I learned some great facts. In Greece I liked learning about the Olympics and doing some fun activities I also liked getting to see how people made olive oil that was cool. I LOVED Guatemala. It was awesome I loved getting the drink and going to the temple to play games. I liked cracking confetti on my head that was fun!
