  2. Katherine, I viewed your glog- Super Stars. I loved how all of the text boxes and pictures popped out. I learned that hydrogen is a stars fuel, Scientists predict that one day the Sun will dry up our oceans, and that if Jupiter is 80 times smaller it could be a star! I also enjoyed the constellation video because it told a lot of information in a fun and cool way! Great job Katherine!

  3. I looked at Claire Wexler's glogster. Her glog was about Sylvia Earle. Sylvia was a famous oceanographer.Claire did a great job! I liked how she had power words in her text. The video about Sylvia was really cool. Claire's background was very.... ocean-like. It is interesting to learn about an oceanographer like Sylvia Earle , Sylvia's family, her beliefs for protecting the ocean and her great accomplishments. Good job Claire!!

    You did amazing on your underwater glogster. I bet someday, I'll read her book Exploring the Deep Fronteir. It told me lots about her life as a child, and her awesome accomplishments.

  7. Abby- I really liked how you made your glog- Amazing Amelia, look old-timey. I learned that Amelia worked at a hospital during World War 1, she participated in the first women's air derby, and that she married a guy named George Putman. I also liked how you put in all of those pictures of the Earhart family.

  8. I looked at Cooper's glog about the Titanic. I liked his pictures and how he put a example of a newspaper after the Titanic accident. His imovies were good and his text boxes fit into his theme of disaster. Cooper made a great glog

  10. I looked at Alexander's Ibook called the Digestive system. I thought the pictures were really cool Because they had so much info. I learned that when you are a parent you have 4 types of teeth.

  11. Cooper- I looked at your glog- The Unsinkable Titanic. I liked how you put i-movies in you glog. 3 things that I learned are that the Titanic was built in Belfast, Ireland, it was known for it's beauty, and about One thousand, four hundred people died! Great job Cooper!

    I really liked your glog on Amelia Earhart. I had no idea that there was such thing as an air derby! Also, I like the frames you picked for your photos. The map was interesting to look at and I think it is funny that Amelia's little sister calls her "Meelie"!!! Your glog was awesome!!!

    I learned a lot on the "unsinkable" Ttitanic. 882 feet wide! 175 feet high! Wow! They didfn't even have enough life boats for everyone. I bet some people complained to the captain about that! It really would be nice to have a first class ticket and get in the heated pool! Imagine sharing a boat with 4,999 people you might not even know! By the way, great way to start your video with "We're going down!"

  16. Ellen- I liked your glog about Walt Disney. I liked how you made it colorful and bright! I learned that Walt was one of five children in his family, and in 1919- Walt quit his current job and started his career making cartoons. Great job Ellen!

  18. I viewed Baley's I-Movie about Ecology. I liked how he. 1 thing that I learned is that Venus Flytraps like to live in rocky areas. I also liked how Baley showed us pictures of the plants/habitats. Great job Baley!

    can you imagine having 4 siblings? Or making movies that everyone enjoys? Or having 1000 acres of land? Well, that is just a few stuff I learned about Walt Disney in your glogster. He sadly died before Disney land was finished. Imagine! Walt Disney was remebered for his hard work, movies and cartoons. Maybe you'll be like Walt Disney when you grow up!

  22. Claire N. made a glog about hurricane sandy. It was filled with cool graphics. Claire's text boxes were very weather-like. I like how she put paragraphs before and after the storm. I cannot believe that a category one storm can do so much damage! Good job Claire!!

  25. Katherine - I loved your presentation.It told me a lot of facts like it takes stars many, many, many years to form. I think that your page was very decorated and that not a inch of your page was wasted. Over all your presentation was phenomenal.
