In the past two weeks, we met two inspirational men who shared the same message. Even though these men have extremely different careers, they both spent time when they were young thinking about what they love doing and what they were interested in. Mr. Escher and Mr. Yaccarino studied and worked hard to make their passion a career. Dan Yacarrino suggested we take time to close our eyes and think about the thing we most love to do, what makes us happiest. Please reflect on your interests. What do you love to do? What do you hope you can do every day in your work when you grow up?

I like to read, write, go to school, write Mrs. Kottler's Scholars, play with my baby brother, and have fun with my family. When I grow up I would like to be a children's book writer because I really enjoy to read and write. What do you want to be when you grow up? What do you enjoy?

DeleteI love flying and I love playing with reptiles.I love playing with my action figures. I love to garden,build things and take care of things. When I grow up I would like to be a fighter pilot, a policeman, a WWE wrestler, or own a reptile store.

DeleteI love to do rainbow loom, martial arts, play softball, and visit my grandmother and grandfather and my greatgrandmother. When I grow up I want to be a doctor, engineer, or a stock broker like my dad.

I love to play softball and be with younger kids. Since I like those things, I would probably be a softball coach for little kids or I could be a teacher like Mrs. Kottler! I hope I can but maybe I'll change my mind. What will your career be and why?
ReplyDeleteI love the performing arts { Act Sing Dance}. I also love little kids. So I think want to be an acting teacher. If I change my mind I would want to be a professional singer or actor. What are your dreams?

ReplyDeleteWhen I grow up I want to be a pro baseball player or a layer and have a good life when I grow up. But I really don't want to be in the army when I I grow up because I know it sounds cool but its extremely dangerous!!!

ReplyDeleteI love to write and I am not copying Dan Yaccarino's interest. I also like to play mine craft and learn science. Swimming is a hobby of mine too. When I grow up I want to be a writer more than all the other choices. I especially like to write in Mrs. Kottler's scholars newspaper!!!
ReplyDeleteI love playing sports outside especially love football,baseball, & lacrosse. When I grow up I would like to be a pro sports player because that's one of my favorite hobbies. I want to play in the MLB most because it's the least dangerous.
