iMovie Trailer





We will create iMovie Trailers about a topic from the Oregon Trail. What did you learn about creating iMovie Trailers today? What is your research topic? What do you hope to put into your iMovie Trailer? What new information did you find to add to your trailer today?

  1. I learned about iMovie is that you can turn a trailer into a movie, crop pictures, and change the color of a picture. My research topic is about sickness and diseases. I hope to put little facts in it and show pictures of the sicknesses. Some information that I found out was new diseases, some that we're serious and medicine that can heal you.

  2. I learned that you can focus on one point of a picture and then transition to another part with iMovie. My research topic is dangers in general. I want to have a good theme and good images on my trailer, as well as good facts and information. I listed dangers that I wanted to put in my trailer. For example:
    •Snakebites
    •Indians (How do you know to trust 'em?)
    •Storms
    I hope my trailer's good!

  3. I learned that on iMovie that when you change a trailer to a movie you can make it longer. I am researching the night time actives on the trail. I learned that guides go ahead to find a good spot that has lots of wood. I want to put that in my trailer.

  4. Before today I did not know that you can change the color of pictures in iMovie. I'm studying sicknesses and deseases. I'm planning on putting in: Cholera, Scurvy, and more.

  5. I learned that you can crop a picture on iMovie.My research topic is nighttime things. I hope to put a good pic of the trail into it. I learned a lot of new information like
    •You circle the wagons at the end of the day
    •you let the oxen rest in the middle of the circle

  6. I never knew that you could change the color of the photo your using! It's cool that you can change the photo if it is colored. Joanie and I are doing Celebrations, I want to include these in our trailer:

  7. I learned that you can focus on one part of a picture and then move it to another spot on the picture. I am Hoping that we can add part of a video to our trailer. Grant and me are studying hunting and food. We learned this, every man should have a rifle and a revolver. They hunted small birds and oxen got shot in the spine by the pioneers so they could kill them with one shot. Goodnight, Niko

    .Indians
    .river crossing
    .tornatos and many other things. I am hoping to create my i movie trailer soon and put a hole lot of scary parts on it!

  9. I am studying landmarks with Chloe for my I movie trailer. I learned you can change color, zoom in, crop, turn a trailer into a movie, and that I can make little clips like of group members and other things. I am focusing on landmarks not forts. I learned about chimney Rock, Soda Springs, and South Pass. Bye!

  11. I'm doing forts with Griffin. I learned that you can zoom in to thing in the interdiction. I also learned that most forts were built before the trail.

  12. I am doing Landmarks with Lucas. I learned that you can take a picture and change how it moves and how you can change the color of the picture. I also learned that you can put a trailer into a movie. Lucas and I split the landmarks that we are doing into groups. I am doing soda springs and chimney rock and Lucas is doing independence rock and south pass. Hope everyone is doing good today!
